Artificial dyes have been debated for many years. I have occasionally listened to what people have had to say but quickly became overwhelmed by the information.

This information overload has caused me to back away from looking at Red Dye 40 and other similar dyes several times. After noticing some behavioral issues in my children, I have decided to research into artificial dyes and other common ingredients to discover the truth for myself.
